At the intersection of sport, social entrepreneurship, local/ global impact, Sally Nnamani brings a wealth of expertise in storytelling for impact, partnerships, building and scaling programs in challenging contexts both in the US and globally, and a keen ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Sally is a social intrapreneur and executive. She is currently the United States Co-Executive Director at PeacePlayers International, an award-winning global organization using the power of sport to bridge divides and develop youth leaders in some of the most divided and disinvested communities in the US and globally. In her role, she leads vision-setting, strengthening and scaling of PeacePlayers work across five major U.S. cities. She co-leads fundraising, board development, key partnership engagement with stakeholders such as Nike, NBPA, and the NBA, and a team of passionate leaders who are using the power of sport and collective action to build more peaceful and thriving communities.

Sally is an advocate, Board Advisor, thought leader, and consultant in areas of youth leadership & economic empowerment, partnerships for social businesses, advancing women & girls through sport. In addition, she regularly shares her expertise on panels, keynotes, and guest lectures including at -- Stanford GSB, Yale University Jackson School of Global Affairs, Columbia University, Wharton Business School, International Relations Council, and United States Congress.

She is inspired by stories of overcoming and leaning into our unique stories to inform our leadership style. She is a Founding Member of The Post, a private community for former athletes in business; an Aspen IDEAS Fellow; a Term Member at the Council of Foreign Relations and a member of the Trailblazer cohort at the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Program.
