SALLY NNAMANI
Sally began her career at the Office of the Permanent Representative of the International Chamber of Commerce to the United Nations. Under the leadership of renowned diplomat, Louise Kantrow, she gained firsthand insight and mentorship into how diplomacy and business acumen can foster win-win partnerships across the private sector, civil society, and government. Representing U.S. business interests at the UN sparked in her a deep curiosity about how cross-sector collaboration can shape global policy and advance inclusive growth -- a curiosity she continues to explore through her work on how Africa can harness these levers to expand its global influence.

This throughline of building partnerships that unlock shared value has defined Sally’s career. From her work in Northern Ireland, collaborating with the Mid-Ulster Government Council on the Sport & Good Relations initiative, to her current role as Chief Partnerships & External Affairs Director at PeacePlayers International where she leads global initiatives that leverage the power of sport to bridge divides and cultivate youth leadership across some of the world’s most divided contexts from South Africa, the Middle East, and Northern Ireland to U.S. cities like Baltimore and Detroit.

In addition, Sally serves as a Senior Advisor to the Africa Initiative at 17 Asset Management, a holding company that builds investment products across various asset classes and engages in market development activities in emerging markets. She also advises early-stage social entrepreneurs and mid-level professionals, helping them design visibility and influence strategies that accelerate career results. She is the co-founder and co-convener of the HERitage Collective, a leadership platform closing the gap between access and ambition for African professionals across the continent and the diaspora.

Beyond her organizational leadership, Sally is a speaker, board member, using her platform to advance thought leadership in social impact, global affairs, and investing in building solutions for our greatest challenges. Her work has earned her recognition as an Aspen IDEAS Fellow, 2025 French-African Foundation Young Leader, Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, and American Express Global Leadership Academy Fellow. She is a proud alumna of CUNY, The New School, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Executive Program.
